Every payment lands in your own Stripe account. You set the keys in project settings, never in code, so secrets stay out of your repo.
Webhooks
The endpoint ships verified and handles checkout completion, subscription upgrades, cancels, and failed payments, the part that usually eats a weekend.
Test it
Run a checkout with the test card and watch the subscription appear in your admin panel. If it does, swap to live keys and you are done.
